All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been inspected and purchased.

Inspection and Acceptance

We take pride in the quality and health of our plants and products. Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect all items at the time of purchase. Once an item has been accepted and payment has been completed, the sale is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. While we do not guarantee replacements or refunds, we may review such cases on a case-by-case basis as a gesture of goodwill.
